ARE YOU A SENIOR, INTERESTED IN KEEPING ACTIVE during the winter months? Join the Keeping Connected group, we meet every Tuesday and Friday morning at 9:30am at the Heritage Hall of St. Andrew’s United Church, Kaslo. We walk around the interior hall and church and then do exercises to maintain motion, strength and balance in sitting and standing. This helps to keep us mobile and connected with our neighbours when it is too cold and/or icy to walk outside and helps prevent slips, trips and broken hips! Come join us starting Friday, Oct. 18. Cost $20 for the whole season to the end of April, $2 drop-in. 250-353-2563 for info.
