OFFICE COORDINATOR/BOOKKEEPER: Permanent part-time position at the Harrop-Procter Community Forest office in Procter. Office Coordinator duties include coordination of monthly Board meetings, Annual General meetings and special events, taking minutes at monthly Board meetings, dealing with professional and public inquiries, maintaining office records and membership database, preparing documents and correspondence. Bookkeeper duties include maintaining accurate ledgers, payables and receivables, biweekly payroll and financial reporting to the Boards of Directors. Good organizational, bookkeeping and computer skills (Word, Excel and Access) required, a knowledge of Simply Accounting preferred. Position available immediately.
