I, TODD DVORAK, OF 821 5TH AVE, FERNIE BC, have applied for a water licence to use water out of Shutty Creek which flows east and discharges into Kootenay Lake and give notice of my application to all persons affected. The point of diversion is located at PD24615. The quantity of water to be diverted or stored is 3000 cubic meters per year, for irrigation purposes. The land on which the water will be used is Lot B District Lot 819, Kootenay District, Plan EPP60022.
