                    • THANK YOU! Kaslo and Area D residents, businesses and organizations that made our annual Food Cupboard and Hampers fundraising an abundant success! We were able to raise $4700 plus received over 500 items of food! We would like to acknowledge the students of Lakeside Learning Centre who braved the cold every day, raising over $1500. Bob Yetter, who organized the second annual Fast for Food, raising over $1300, and many others who put their cold feet and comforts aside to contribute to the funds. The list of donors and volunteers is over 150 local residents! WE are a generous community and we are even more comforted to know that our community will not go hungry.
